Sweet tangy fruit salsa, the right amount of sweet and spicy!
2 cups- Strawberries, small diced 1/2 cup- pineapple, small diced 1/2 yellow pepper, small diced 1/2 orange pepper, small diced 1/2 red pepper, small diced 1 red onion, small diced 1 jalapeno, minced 1 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup cilantro, diced Juice of 1 limes 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 2 tbs brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt
1. Mix all ingredients listed in a non-reactive sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Wear gloves when dealing with the jalapenos, they will burn. 2. Once it’s boiling, bring to a simmer, stirring frequently for ten minutes. 3. Ladle into a jar and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
